Personal data protection

We know your ideas are precious and their privacy is paramount. To guarantee you their best protection, we ensure you that:

• none of the images you upload in the product will be disclosed or used to train any model other than yours;
• none of your prompt will be disclosed or used to train any model;
• only your usage data, anonymised, could be used for Pimento service improvement.

All generated pictures are yours but your are responsible for their usage

As mentioned in our Terms and Conditions:

• you own full intellectual property of the generated images;
• you can use, edit, and distribute images generated with Pimento for personal and commercial purposes.

However, you are fully responsible for the copyrights of the images you used to train your styles and models, as well as for the use of the generated content. To that extent, Pimento will not take any responsibility in case of copyright infringement for using an image generated by Pimento.

How can I best handle copyright infringement risks?

Pimento uses open-source AI models, which cannot fully guarantee transparency regarding the property rights of the images used in their initial training.

Although it is technically impossible to eliminate the risks, they can be significantly limited when:

• you own the rights of the images used to create your styles and/or you own the rights to train a model with these images;
• you own the rights of the images used as inputs to generate new images (for example in Style Transfer or Edit features);
• your prompts do not include any reference to an artist, style, or artistic movement.
