At Pimento, we know your ideas and precious and their privacy is paramount. To ensure you their best protection, we ensure you that:

• none of your image inputs will be disclosed or used to re-train any model, by us or any other tier-partner
• none of your prompt will be disclosed or used to re-train any model
• only your usage data, anonymised, could be used for Pimento service improvement

All generated pictures and yours, but your are responsible for their usage

As mentioned in our Terms and Conditions:

• you own intellectual property of generated images and assets
• you can use, edit, and distribute Pimento images for personal and commercial purposes

However,

• you are responsible for the copyrights of the uploaded content and for the use of generated content
• you can’t generate and use assets in any manner that violates any applicable law, rule, or regulation
