We cofounded Pimento in October 2022 with a clear mission: enhance everyone’s creativity.

After dozens of interviews and hypothesis validation based on POCs which rapidly got high traction, we decided to enhance and accelerate creativity processes for every creative.

We do believe that when content production becomes a commodity, relevant ideas become the new currency.

TL;DR

It includes exciting challenges:

• Frontend (web): where the collaboration with the AI is fundamental, and where we will explore different UXs (in a short period of time).
• Backend: where the speed at which we answer front end requests is an important factor, given that the UI follows the speed of the mind!
• Machine Learning: where will automatically fine-tune user-tailored generative AI models, and will require them to be automatically improved through user feedback

Role

• You may work with a variety of technologies, such as TypeScript, Python, GraphQL, Kubernetes, or whatever better suits the product
• You get to participate in strategic decisions concerning the tech stack
• You’ll be responsible for the success of the product V1, but more importantly, you will get to shape it together with us
• You will own your work from A to Z: it goes from working on the architecture & coding features to monitoring releases' performance
• You will work on a small but growing team of A-players
• You will be close to our users, both through analytics and possible close collaboration with them
